Return Policy

Ease Seating Systems, Inc provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, return the product undamaged for a full refund! Custom sizes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

*If a returned item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.


 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
 

  • Your item must include all the parts and be in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require the original packing slip and RMA form that was included with your purchase.

  • We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

  • Any item not in its original condition, (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) or, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund status.  

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

 

Refund Process: 

 

  1. Request an RMA Code: Please email us at contact@easeseatingsystems.com or call us at 866.376.1878

  2. Fill out the return form on the back of the packing slip and include it with your package.

  3. Package your return: If the original packaging is not available, take the return to a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location

  4. Indicate the RMA code on the outside of package: Please make sure that the RMA code on the return form and the package match.

  5. Ship your return: Return your package to the following address: 

11395 N. Saginaw Rd, Suite 4, Clio, MI 48420 

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status via email.
     

  •  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Ease Seating Systems, Inc. can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for items lost in shipping.
